Alexander McQueen Faithful Boots
I was going to wait to post about these Alexander McQueen shoes, because I thought you guys would like them better for the fall, but open toe ankle boots are super chic year round and especially popular right now. These are a version of his “faithful” boot, but this design features a taller collar, and if worn zipped up (pic below) bow detail. I love them either way. They look super cool turned down, but the roomy leg shaft also makes for a unique and chic look.
These boots are black textile and black leather trim with eyelet detail. They have both lace up and a zipper closure. These designer shoes zip pull is the signature Alexander McQueen skull charm. They have a 4.5 inch heel and a .5 inch platform. $1,089 at Zappos

Giuseppe Zanotti Gold Chain Ankle Boots
The great thing about end of the season are the sales. There are tons of Giuseppe Zanotti shoes on sale, including these gold chain ankle boots.
They are black leather with gold tone chain details and oversized stitching. They have a back zipper, a 4.5 inch heel and a 1 inch platform. $756. End of season sale at Zappos .

DSquared Swarovski Crystal Sandals
The Dsquared shoes for this upcoming Fall 2010 are among my favorites so far. We still have many more shoes to see as they trickle out, but DSquared is designing pretty and chic styles when a lot of labels are paring back with more conservative, and fairly boring, shoes. Their theory is that styles should match the mood of the country/world, which we all know is slightly depressed. I prefer the pretty.
These sandals are black satin with a double ankle strap and red Swarovski crystal details. They have a gold tone finger bone heel and gold buckle at the ankle. The heel measures 5.1 inches with a 1.15 inch platform. $964 at LUISAVIAROMA .

Christian Louboutin Bikki Pumps
The Fall 2010 Christian Louboutin shoes are starting to trickle out and let’s just say I hope they get better. I love my main shoe man, but these Bikki pumps are too costume-y for my taste. Not to mention they’re practically stilts. I know some of you believe there is no such thing as “too high” when it comes to designer shoes, and you go! But I’m not petite, and shoes like these would make me look like an Amazon.
These Bikki pumps are red pony skin with houndstooth print on the platform and heel. They have black leather straps with crystal embellished buckles on both sides. The buckles are attached with silver leather detail. They have 5.75 inch heel and a 1 inch platform. $1,195 at LUISAVIAROMA . (shoes run half size small)

Jimmy Choo Glitter Cut Out Booties
These Jimmy Choo shoes come in three colors, nude, black and this silver glitter. This pair by far is the bling-iest, and thus, my favorite. They are half sandal, half ankle boot and the cut outs give the shoe a classic style while still being sexy. The glitter on this shoe is very tiny, so it looks like they shimmer and shine from the metallic leather.
This shoe is silver tones leather covered with tiny mirrored sequins. The platform and heel are covered in cracked silver leather. The heel measures 4.5 inches with a .5 inch platform. $831 at Mytheresa.com . Fall 2010 designer shoes are now available.

Nicholas Kirkwood Lace Up Sandal
I’m a big fan of Nicholas Kirkwood shoes in general, but I especially love his bright colored, funky designs. This shoe is a favorite of none other than the fabulous Sarah Jessica Parker from Sex in the City 2, seen wearing them on several occasions (below pic).
This shoe is teal and black suede with metallic leather piping and black leather trim. The platform and heel are black suede. This shoe features criss cross straps on the front and an oxford style lace-up by the ankle. It has a 4.75 inch heel and a .75 inch platform. $1,242 at LUISAVIAROMA .

DSquared Finger Bone Ankle Boots
In general I have mixed feelings about DSquared shoes. Sometimes they come out with some very strange, overly outrageous designs, like the sneaker/high heel that was so popular (shock factor, I’m assuming) a few years ago, but the line also produces some really fabulous shoes like these ankle boots.
This season, Fall 2010, the DSquared collection was themed around the human skeleton, and the evidence in this shoe is the finger bone heel. These ankle boots are black suede with shiny black patent leather straps. They have metallic leather innersole and lining, silver buckles on the strap and a silver finger bone shaped heel. The heel measures 5.10 inches with a 1 inch platform. DSquared designer shoes are made in Italy. $835 at LUISAVIAROMA .

Camilla Skovgaard Ankle Boots
I KNEW this would happen…Camilla Skovgaard shoes have gone up in price. This ankle boot is from her Fall 2010 collection and it’s about $200 more than the same style from last year. This past year we have seen more and more celebrities wearing her shoes, and also this past year she was awarded honors for her designs, so it was a matter of time before the price jump. Her label is now officially filed under designer shoes.
This ankle boot is burnt orange leather and it features her signature saw platform, a tear drop shaped cut out on the upper foot and open toes. The heel measures 4.5 inches with a .5 inch platform. $628 at LUISAVIAROMA.COM . There are some of her Summer 2010 designs still available at Endless.com , before the price jump.

Casadei Starry Pumps
These Casadei shoes are beautiful and they are super shimmery and sparkly, even more so than if they were covered in crystals. The small circular detail aren’t sequins, they are actually highly polished silver discs that really catch light. As you can see from the pictures, the discs are all over the shoe and the heel.
These shoes are silver satin with silver hardware discs details. They have a leather sole, a 5.25 inch heel and a 1.25 inch platform. $840 at Endless.com .
